📄 Accessing a Candidate’s Skills Report – Byteboard

Once a candidate has completed their interview and the Byteboard team has graded and finalized the candidate’s Skills Report, you can access the report directly in the Byteboard portal.

You may access a candidate’s Skills Report in one of two ways:

Navigating to the Candidates tab on the platform will display a list of candidates currently in the pipeline. Clicking on a candidate’s ID will take you to their Candidate Page.

You may also search for a candidate’s ID or name using the Search bar at the top of the platform. Clicking on a search result will open the Candidate Page.

*Note — Only finalized interviews (not an Interview Status of Incomplete or interviews that are still being graded) will generate a Byteboard Skills Report. You will need to be logged in to Byteboard to access a skills report. Report URL’s are also linked directly to a candidate record in Greenhouse or Lever if your Byteboard account is integrated with your ATS system, though you will need still active Byteboard user permissions to access the links.

*Note — When Skills Reports are fully graded, your account’s shared Slack Connect channel will also be notified that the specific candidate has been finalized and what their performance rating is (if set up with a Byteboard Slack support channel).
