Sending a CodeCollab interview
To send a CodeCollab interview in Greenhouse:
- Click into the Candidate you’d like to send a CodeCollab interview to in Greenhouse
- Check the Candidate record to ensure the following is attached to the candidate:
- Personal email address
- Individual listed in Recruiter on the candidate

- The interview links can be copied and shared in interview invitations per your existing scheduling process.
- For example, if you have a Google Calendar integration enabled in Greenhouse, the links can be copied directly into the calendar invitation.
- Add Byteboard Live Coding Greenhouse stage to the job’s interview plan multiple times OR
- Create different stages for each type of live technical interview for which you’d be using Byteboard Code Collab (e.g., CodeCollab TPS interview, CodeCollab infrastructure interview).
