We take fair evaluations very seriously and have a number of processes in place to prevent plagiarism. Graders explicitly look for warning signs of plagiarism when reviewing each interview, which in the past has helped identify candidates with plagiarized answers and disqualified them.
We also conduct regular reviews, both automated and manual, for leaked questions and interview material online and ensure they are removed. Finally and perhaps most importantly, the robustness of the interview itself, including a 4+ page design document with comments and 10+ code files, makes Byteboard interviews much more challenging to leak and plagiarize compared to other interview formats.
